Charles “Chuck” Bradley

Chuck began his musical journey in 1986 when he joined his first band “DaNang” out of Lexington Kentucky.  DaNang (heavy metal) toured most of the eastern seaboard for nearly three years, playing clubs and concerts.  In1989 DaNang recorded their first and only album “Welcome to DaNang” on Shellshocked Records.  The band split in 1990.

In 1990 Chuck became the frontman for the top 40/rock group “LaRoxx” based out of Southeastern Kentucky, playing clubs in and around Kentucky.

In 1991, the founding members of DaNang reformed under the name “Hydra” and again began touring the eastern seaboard, garnishing some opening slots for bands such as Foghat, and Brownsville Station.  Hydra broke up in 1993.

Chuck then joined the Top 40 group “Middle Earth” from Louisville, Kentucky, and toured extensively for over two years, playing cover material popular during that time period.  Middle Earth was fortunate to open for bands including The Marshall Tucker Band, and Badfinger during the years Chuck was their lead singer.

In 1993 Chuck settled back in southeast Kentucky and joined “Cruise”.  Chuck recorded a solo album in 1997 entitled “Working Class Man” which sold 500 copies in and around the Hazard Kentucky area. A sample can be downloaded here "Ride on Little Lady".  

Chuck has two sons, Jimmy (10 yrs old), and Brad (19 yrs old, who is also a musician) and lives in Vest, KY.  Chuck’s email address is cgbrad@tvscable.com
